Latest version of the common Library is here:

https://www.uk2000scenery.net/~scenery/files/MSFS005/UK2000CommonLibraryMSFS.exe

This is the same link as shown in users account. However if your as MS Marketplace user, due the MS delays the MS version will never be up to date, so always download from the UK2000 Scenery website, your account or this Forum link.(They will all be the same)
